Enviz Tag Editor

How to use Enviz Tags in your Space

What is a Tag

A Tag is a point of interest that shows up as a hovering icon as you navigate a space. As you move closer it reveals itself, and clicking it moves the camera to a preset view and opens a content panel. That content is images and text, and it can run across multiple slides in a carousel, so a single Tag can carry as much context as the moment needs.

What you can do with Tags

Use Tags to draw attention to the parts of a model that matter most to a client's decision:

Highlight specific finishes, fittings and appliances, anchored to where they actually sit in the space.

  • Document changes that have been made to the model, so clients can see what is different and why.

  • Present options to choose between, such as alternative finishes, with images and notes for each choice.

  • Add written context next to any feature, so the space explains itself even when no one is there to guide the client through it.

Where to set them up

Tags are configured in the Experience Editor inside the Client Portal. You place a Tag in the space, set the view it points to, then add your text and images and arrange them into carousel slides. No new tool and no separate workflow. See below example images of the updated platform.

Why it matters for your clients

A standard walkthrough shows a client the space. Tags help them make decisions inside it. When a client can stand in the room and compare two benchtop finishes, read why a wall was moved, or see exactly which appliance is specified, the conversation shifts from "do I understand this?" to "this is what I want." That clarity at selection and sign-off is where spatial misunderstandings, and the costly variations that follow, get caught early.

For partners, Tags are a way to deliver a richer, more consultative experience and to differentiate the spaces you produce.

Getting started

Open any space in the Experience Editor, add your first Tag by navigating to the new "Tags" section, and create a new tag including page/s around a key finish or a client selection. Start with a single high-value moment in the home and expand from there.

The new 'TAGS' button can be found in the Space Editor at the bottom

Add new tags by selection the 'Add Tag' button.

Once added, your tags will appear in a list format, similar to your teleport location points. To edit existing tags, select the button to the right.

Edit your tag information including the tag name, icon image, height and distance. Manage any pages associated with your tag in the bottom section and edit any existing pages by selection the button on the right.

Edit the pages associated with your tag and populate with the following information - Page name, description, image, weblink URL, button text.

Edit Actions, allow you to give your buttons extra depth such as a) Links (URLs),
b) Rooms (within your Space) or a c) New Space (use the 4 digit code identifier)

a) Links

b) Room

c) Space

When your tag has multiple pages it will appear as a carousel where you can navigate left or right.
