Enviz Notes lets you record comments against a specific view in your Enviz Space. Use it to review designs with family, clients, builders or interior designers, with feedback and visual options kept together.
What is a Note?
When you start a note or generate an image or video in an Enviz AI session, Enviz captures a screenshot of your current view.
This screenshot shows the location and angle you’re looking at, so anyone reviewing the note can see exactly what it refers to.
Each discussion forms a thread linked to that view. The thread keeps the original screenshot, notes, replies and any generated visuals together. Notes are attributed to the person who wrote them.
What can I do with Notes?
Use Notes to:
Capture feedback while exploring a room or reviewing a design.
Ask questions and reply within the same thread.
Comment on a specific generated image or video.
Refine a visual concept while keeping earlier versions and feedback together.
Record preferences and decisions for later review.
For example, you could capture a kitchen view, note a preference for a darker benchtop and generate a render to explore the idea. Further feedback and render refinements stay in the same thread.
Continue a discussion or start a new one
Continue an existing thread to reply, re-edit its captured image or refine a generated render.
To discuss a different area, move to a new view and start a new thread. This keeps each conversation attached to the part of the space it relates to.
Share a session for review
Share your session so others can explore the space, read the threads and add their own notes from their Enviz accounts.
This is useful for:
Sharing ideas with family.
Communicating your vision to a builder or interior designer.
Reviewing options with a client.
Collecting feedback from colleagues.
Export your notes
Export the session to an XLSX spreadsheet to keep or share a record of the review.
The export includes:
Captured screenshots.
Notes and replies, including who wrote them.
Images generated from each view.
Links to generated videos.
This keeps what was reviewed, discussed and produced together in one document.

Notes are available within Enviz AI sessions on web and mobile.
How to get started
Open your Enviz Space and start an Enviz AI session.
Move to the view you want to discuss.
Start a note or generate an image. Enviz captures your view to anchor the thread.
4. Add your feedback. Continue the thread with replies or further visual refinements.
5. Share the session for review, or export the session's notes to XLSX when you're ready to document the outcome.
View and manage previous sessions
Open your Space in the Enviz Portal to access your Enviz AI session history. You can revisit discussions, share sessions or delete sessions you no longer need.
