What is a Note
Every Note is tied to a place in the space. When you start a note, or generate an image or video in an Enviz AI session, Enviz captures a screenshot of exactly where you are standing and what you are looking at: the room, the angle, the framing. That screenshot becomes the anchor for everything that follows. Anyone reading the note later sees precisely the spot in the home it refers to, with no need to describe "the corner near the kitchen window" in words. All notes relating to that moment thread under the same screenshot, so the discussion stays attached to the view and the generations it produced.
Notes follow the same threaded structure as Enviz AI itself. An initial prompt or note starts a thread, anchored to the original captured view. From there you choose how to continue: stay in the thread, replying, re-editing the captured image or refining a generated render further until the concept is right, or start a new thread from a fresh view. Each thread carries the full chain for its view: the original screenshot, every generation that refined it, and the conversation between builder and client alongside. Both sides participate from their own Enviz account, so every note is attributed to the person who wrote it.
What you can do with Notes
Record client feedback at the view that prompted it, instead of reconstructing it later from an email or phone call.
Attach feedback to specific generated images and videos, so approval of an option always points to a specific generation.
Run a two-way exchange on each view. Clients ask, you answer, and the thread keeps the history.
Refine a concept inside one thread. Each re-edit or successive render stays connected to the original view and the feedback that prompted it, so you can see how an option evolved.
Build a record of what was reviewed and agreed across a session, ready to export or share.
Sharing and export
Share for review. Share the session with a client or colleague so they can walk the space, read the threads and add their own notes. Review works in both directions between builder and client.
XLSX export. Export the session to a spreadsheet containing each captured screenshot, the notes and replies against it, who wrote them, and any images generated from that view. Generated videos are included as links.
The export is a document of the review: what was looked at, what was said, and what was produced.
Where it works
Notes are available in Enviz AI sessions on web and mobile. Start a session in any hosted space and the Notes workflow is built in. No new tool and no separate workflow.
Why it matters for your clients
The variations that hurt most are the ones where a client signs off on a design they didn't spatially understand. Walking the space is what catches those misunderstandings; Notes makes the catch stick.
Enviz AI is what makes the conversation productive while it's happening. When a client stands in a room and asks "what would this look like with a darker benchtop?" or "could this wall be timber instead?", you can generate a photorealistic render of that exact view, on the spot, and the client reacts to a real image rather than imagining the change. Because the render is generated from the same view the note is anchored to, the question, the concept and the client's response all live in one thread. Options get explored, compared and settled inside the session instead of spawning a round of revisions afterwards.
When a client questions a proportion, compares two generated options, or confirms they are happy with a room as reviewed, that moment is recorded against the view where it happened. At sign-off there is a trail showing what the client saw, what they asked, what was generated in response, and what they agreed to.
For partners, that means fewer ambiguous change requests, a clear line between what was agreed in review and what changed afterwards, and a review artefact you can put on the table at sign-off.
Getting started
1. Open a space and start an Enviz AI session.
2. Frame the view you want to discuss and start a note, or generate an image. Either action captures the screenshot that anchors the thread.
3. Add your note. Replies, re-edits and further render refinements continue the thread; moving to a fresh view starts a new one.
4. Share the session for review, or export the session's notes to XLSX when you're ready to document the outcome.
