First-time users
For first-time users, navigate to the customer portal.
Create your FREE Enviz account
Click the Platform Tour on the left hand navigation panel to run through the Enviz platform and all we have to offer
Now you're ready to create your first Enviz Space.
All new accounts will have 1 x Preview credit for your first space. Once you wish to create more Spaces, you will need to purchase additional Enviz credits.
What do you need?
A 3D model in one of the following formats
Revit
SketchUp
3ds Max
Make sure to have a read through the modelling guidelines to ensure your model is set up correctly for the Enviz platform.
Upload your file
Navigate to your Spaces page and select '+ Create Space'
Upload your file
Give your space a name
Assign it to a Project or leave it un-assigned
NOTE: You can always add a space to a project at a later date
Select Upload
Next steps
Your space is now converting and the progress will appear on the Space page or in the notifications section to the right of your screen.
Once your space is live you will be able to view it in web, in the Enviz app or within your VR headset.
After you view your space
Need changes? No problem, simply update your model and navigate back to your Space in the Enviz Portal.
Once there, select 'Upload new model' or 'Proceed to Enviz Space'
Enviz Credits
Per Upload and Per Home
We offer two types of Enviz Credits for converting your 3D models. These are:

Which credit type you choose will depend on your particular business requirements.
Per Upload
Whats included:
1 x Preview conversion - use this to check your model prior to submitting for the final conversion
1 x Enviz conversion - the final conversion that applies baked textures and lighting, bringing your space to life!
What's excluded:
AI renders - these can be purchased separately
Embed i-frame codes
Per Home
What's included:
Up to 10 Enviz conversions
Unlimited Preview conversions
Unlimited AI - still renders only
Up to 20 AI videos
Embed i-frame codes
Please note, Enviz conversions, Preview conversions and AI credits purchased as a 'Per Home' credit are non-transferrable. They are locked to your current space.

Enviz AI credits an be purchased in packs and used across any Space within your account.
