How to Report Issues in the Enviz Platforms

Encountered a bug while using the Enviz platform? Follow the steps below to report the issue and help us improve your experience:

Using Messenger

  1. Visit our Help Page:

  2. Locate the Chat Icon:

    • Look for the chat icon in the bottom-right corner of the page.

  3. Start a New Conversation:

    • Click the chat icon and describe the bug you’ve encountered in detail.

Using Email Support

  1. Contact Us:

  2. Include Detailed Information:

    • Describe the issue as clearly as possible.

    • Attach images or screenshots of the error.
