Accessing Billing Information
All billing information can be viewed, edited, and managed within the Enviz Portal. If you are unfamiliar with the portal, learn more here.
Note: Plans 2D is a free product and does not require payment. If you receive an email requesting payment, please contact Customer Support immediately.
Managing Subscriptions
Cancelling Your Subscription
To cancel your subscription:
Log in to your account via the Enviz Portal.
Navigate to your project and select the Billing tab.
Locate your experience under Active Listings and click View Billing Details (opens in a new tab).
Click Cancel Subscription and confirm by selecting Cancel Subscription again.
Renewing Your Subscription
To renew your subscription:
Log in to your account via the Enviz Portal.
Navigate to your project and select the Billing tab.
Locate your experience and click View Billing Details.
Click Renew Subscription and confirm by selecting Renew Subscription again.
Changing Your Subscription
If you'd like to switch between monthly and yearly subscription plans, please contact our Customer Support team at [email protected].
Updating Billing and Payment Information
Editing Billing Information
To update your billing and shipping details:
Log in to the Enviz Portal and navigate to Billing Details.
Scroll to the Billing and Shipping Information section.
Select Update Information and enter your updated details.
Adding or Updating Payment Methods
To add or update a payment method:
Log in to the Enviz Portal and navigate to Billing Details.
Scroll to the Payment Method section.
To add a new payment method, click the + (plus) icon.
To update or delete an existing card, click the three dots next to the card.
Important: Cards linked to active experiences cannot be deleted. For assistance, contact Customer Support at [email protected].
Additional Notes
Subscription and billing changes take effect immediately but may take up to 24 hours to reflect in your account.
If you need to delete your account information entirely, please contact Customer Support at [email protected].
