Do I need my own model?
Yes, you will need to supply Enviz with a model for our product offerings Space AI and Life-like.
If you only have a set of PDF plans, you can create a Plans 2D product. Please note, this is not a 3D offering. If you wish to transform your PDF plans into a 3D experience you will need to contact a modelling service.
What devices can I use to view my experience?

How long does the process take?
Our time frames are based on the product type. Below you will find rough timeframes. Please note that these timeframes are guides only and are based on the input data which may vary.
Plans 2D - up to 10 minutes
Space AI - 6-8 hours. Larger spaces may take longer.
Life-like - 2-3 weeks*
* This is only the Enviz conversion time and does not include any CGI modelling.
Do you offer trials?
Yes, we offer trials for our hosting subscription only.
Space AI - 14 day free trial on your first experience
Life-like - 30 day free trial
Plans 2D - Not applicable
Are there restrictions to the Enviz software or platform?
We suggest reviewing the product specific guides available in our Getting started section. As each product has its own restrictions.
You can also look at device restrictions under Device Compatibility.
Do you offer revisions, re-submissions or amendments?
The Life-like offering includes 1 round of revisions*.
* A revision does not include major design changes. To find out more please refer to our Life-like help articles.
If you require further amendments after your 1 round these may incur additional variation costs.
Plans 2D has unlimited re-submissions.
Space AI has up to 3 re-submissions. After this you will be required to purchase additional submissions in the Enviz Portal.
