Troubleshooting VR Viewing When You’re Stuck Outside the Model

If you find yourself stuck outside the model during a VR Viewing and cannot teleport back in, follow these steps to resolve the issue:

For Meta Quest Headsets

  1. Use the Enviz Menu:

    • Press A on the right controller to bring up the Enviz menu.

    • From the menu, select a room or change models to re-enter the experience.

  2. Restart the Headset:

    • Press the Oculus button on the right controller to bring up the universal menu.

    • Select Restart to reboot the headset.
