    1. Ensure Both Devices Are Connected to WiFi

      • Verify that both the headset and tablet are connected to WiFi.

    2. Restart the Tablet App

      • Quit the Enviz app on your tablet and restart it.

    3. Restart the Headset

      • Hold the On/Off button on the headset and select Restart.

    4. Confirm Viewing Code Matching

      • Ensure both the tablet and headset are using the same viewing code to connect.
