A bit about Lifelike experiences with Enviz...
An Enviz Life-like space is our highest quality experience. Designed for putting the best quality output out there for you to showcase to the market.
These experiences are best suited for Developers to showcase un-built property or for Builders to sell their entire catalogue without the expense of Display Homes.
What is the difference between Lifelike and Space AI?
Good question.
A Life-like space is highly detailed using 3Ds Max and either Corona or VRay rendering engines. This modelling is completed by a skilled CGI Studio who work alongside their client to produce a model that aligns with a specific scope and detail. These models are typically what is used when creating beautiful marketing renders and brochures for Builders and Developers. When the Enviz team take this type of model, the output is also high quality but one that is available as a virtual and augmented reality experience, accessible on any device.
A Space AI is an automated product that has no manual intervention. The output is lower in quality and often for smaller less complex areas. In addition, this product does not rely on a third party modeller such as a CGI Studio. If you have access to software such as Revit, SketchUp or 3Ds Max you can produce your own Space AI experience.
I have Renders and/or a 360 tour. What makes this product different?
An Enviz Life-like experience is more than a set of renders on a billboard. Its a Virtual experience tool that can be used anywhere, any time. The Enviz app is available free to download on a wide range of devices. This includes:

Once your experience is live you can showcase your experience the traditional way in a display suite and office. Or, you can share your experience with the world using our supplied QR codes and web links.

The requirements
As Enviz is a service based platform, we do not create any of the modelling ourselves. This means that you are required to engage with a CGI Studio to create models to your specification and budget.
If are a CGI Studio or you have a CGI Studio who you are already partnered with, we would be more than happy to work directly. Simply reach out to our team with a bit about yourselves and the scope so we can work alongside your CGI Studio.
Don't have a CGI Studio...
No problem. Luckily we have a great set of CGI Partners who we trust to create beautiful experiences every time. We would be more than happy to put you in contact with them.

Can I find my own CGI Studio to use?
Absolutely! If you would like to build a partnership with another studio we would be happy to work with you and them.
Important! If you are brining along your own CGI Studio, please be advised that they will be required to adjust their modelling to suit out input requirements. For more about the modelling guidelines, please see here.
In addition, they will be required to work with the Enviz Portal to upload and submit all relevant files.

How long does the process take?
Not including a CGI Partner modelling, our process takes anywhere from 1-2 weeks. However, this depends on the size and complexity of your experience. As each project is different we strongly suggest allowing at least 3 weeks on your end if you are attempting to work out timelines with your clients.
What is the cost?
The price varies depending on the size and complexity of the model. For Life-like spaces we charge a conversion fee which is based on a bracket pricing and a hosting fee. The hosting fee is subscription based and is charged monthly or annually. All pricing is available on our websites pricing page here.
Do you offer trials?
