Error 1: Your MacOS version is not supported
The Enviz Web App requires MacOS Mojave or a newer version. If your Mac is currently running an older version, you may be able to update it to meet this requirement, depending on the specifications of your device.

Error 2: Your Windows version is not supported
The Enviz Web App is compatible only with Windows 10 and Windows 11. It may be possible to update your computer to achieve compatibility. Refer to Windows’ specifications for more information on the necessary technical requirements.

Error 3: Your browser is not supported
The Enviz Web App is available on the following browsers:
Chrome v70 or above
Opera v55 or above
Firefox v65 or above
Safari v11 or above

Error 4: GPU acceleration is not enabled
The Enviz Web App requires you to enable GPU acceleration on your browser so that you have a smooth experience.
Error 5: Device does not have enough memory
To use the Enviz Web App, your device must have a minimum of 4GB of RAM. Devices with less than 4GB of RAM are not compatible with the application.
Error 6: Not accessible when embedded on a website
Please note that the Enviz Web App cannot be accessed from within a website on a mobile device. To use the Enviz platform on a mobile device, you must download the Enviz Mobile App, which is available for download at the following links:
